After a year of so much change, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. Your body has been holding your wisdom all along.

The Seven Gates is an invitation to finally listen. What began as Roots in Motion now opens into a seven week journey through the energy centers of the body, from root to crown, carried by the closing of one year and the opening of the next.

Each gate begins with Akeisha. She invites you to meet one part of your body as if for the first time: how it moves, where it holds tension, and how it connects to the whole through the living web of connective tissue that wraps every part of you. Some weeks are guided exploration, others bring movement patterns to learn and make your own. Then the music takes over. Veronika guides you to feel its frequency move through you, and what your body has just learned begins to flow freely, intuitively, in its own way.

Week by week, each gate builds on the one before it. Once the body feels safe and supported at the root, it can open to pleasure, let emotions move, and soften the heart. By the time you reach the crown, you’re carrying everything you’ve learned, and your body knows it. A single gate is a beautiful taste. The full journey is a transformation you get to live in your body, from one year into the next.

Akeisha is a contemporary dance artist and creator of BE Method, with over 15 years of experience. Her teaching is rooted in energetic and movement techniques, offering clear tools and movement patterns to learn and make your own.

Veronika Starr is the creator of the FlowQi Method. Her guidance comes from her ability to feel music as energy and translate its frequency into something you can feel move through you. Her curated mixes invite you to stop thinking and simply flow.
