MIND OVER BODY Presents: New MOON in Libra
Under the Libra new moon, we gather to find our balance.
Let the gong move through you — waves of sound smoothing the push and pull of a restless heart — then settle into ceremonial cacao, warm and steadying. Libra’s element is air: seeking harmony, beauty, and the grace to hold two things at once. This month we’ll explore self-love and the integration of our dualities — making peace with the parts of us that long to feel whole. Come as you are. Leave a little more in balance.
