Mind Over Body Coaching is a transformational coaching company dedicated to helping high-pressure, highly analytical professionals cultivate lasting inner peace, emotional resilience, and healthier relationships through the integration of neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and conscious communication.

We believe that sustainable change begins not by thinking differently alone, but by learning to listen to the wisdom of the body. Many of our clients have spent years excelling professionally while quietly carrying chronic stress, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, or relationship patterns that no amount of logic has been able to resolve. Our work helps bridge the gap between intellectual understanding and embodied transformation.

Alongside our international coaching practice, we also offer local community experiences in Puerto Vallarta that invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the restorative power of presence. Through group gong immersions, cacao gatherings, and intuitive guidance sessions, we create spaces that encourage reflection, nervous system regulation, and authentic human connection. These experiences complement, but remain distinct from, our transformational coaching programs.

At Mind Over Body Coaching, we see leadership as something far greater than professional achievement. It is the capacity to remain connected to yourself in the midst of uncertainty, to communicate with integrity, to cultivate relationships rooted in mutual respect, and to move through life with clarity rather than survival.

Our mission is to help people move beyond coping and into embodied living, where peace becomes a practiced state, relationships become places of genuine connection, and leadership begins from within.
