Hi, I’m Veronika Starr, creator of the FlowQi Method and founder of FlowQi Experiences.

FlowQi is a unique embodiment practice that blends conscious movement, music, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help people reconnect with themselves in a simple, natural way. Through guided silent disco experiences, I create spaces where you can step out of your head, tune into your body, release stress, and access greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.

My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds wisdom that the mind alone cannot access. Rather than teaching you what to think, I guide you into an experience where you can feel, listen, and discover your own answers from within.

For the past several years, I’ve facilitated FlowQi experiences, embodiment workshops, and transformational events that help people cultivate deeper connection with themselves, with others, and with life itself.

Whether we’re dancing barefoot on the beach at sunset or gathering in an intimate studio space, my intention is always the same: to create a welcoming environment where you can move, breathe, feel, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life.
