Founded by Meena Ali, Creative and Culinary Director, Planet Haldi brings together a curated eight-course tasting experience built around bold, globally inspired cuisine with deep roots in Mexican ingredients and technique. Each event is limited-seating, professionally executed by a dedicated kitchen team, and designed to feel like the dinner party you always wished someone would throw.
Menus change with every event and are crafted from scratch — expect cured fish, handmade masa, slow-cooked fillings, hand-rolled truffles, and desserts you won’t find anywhere else. Every detail, from the plating to the pacing, is intentional.
